Changing your date

Need a different date? Message us on WhatsApp as early as you can and we'll try to move your booking, subject to availability.

Cancellations

To cancel, message us on WhatsApp at +91 77449 50902. The refund you receive depends on how far ahead you cancel:

• 7 or more days before check-in: full refund of the advance.
• 3 to 6 days before check-in: 50% refund of the advance.
• Less than 3 days before check-in: no refund, but we will try to move your booking to another date.

If we cancel

If we have to cancel because of weather, safety or other reasons outside your control, we will offer a new date or a full refund of your advance.

No-shows

If you don't arrive on your booked date without telling us, the advance is not refundable.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are sent back to the original payment method within 7 working days.
